Refund Policy

Returned by Customer

At this time, we are unable to offer refunds as the items you purchase are customised and made just for your order. If you decide to place a new order, you will be responsible for the expenses associated with it.

Colour consistency

To reduce colour variations, we employ the same print technologies, materials, and production procedures at our print partners. Despite this, since printing is a chemical process, perfect consistency is impossible to achieve. The type of machine, machine settings, type of paper, humidity in the room, and the most recent cleaning of the machine are just a few examples of the many variables that affect the colour, consistency, and end result. The causes of colour variations fall within acceptable tolerance ranges, so they are not covered by our quality guarantee.

 

Defective or damaged products

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at stylishframes.customerservice@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item(s) and we will happily send you a replacement order.

When emailing us please be sure to include the following;

  • A description of the problem and details about how the order was packaged.
  • Pictures of the damaged order item(s) and its packaging (outside of the packaging and its inserts).

We highly appreciate your input in answering all the questions and providing us with all the valuable pictures. 

If your order contains more than one item, please let us know if you will require a reprint for all items.

  

Wrong Address

The shipment will be returned and properly disposed of if you, the customer provide an inadequate address. If you want to update the address and submit a new order you will be responsible for the costs associated with placing a new order with an updated address.

 

Rejected by the Recipient

If the delivery is refused by the customer whilst being delivered, the shipment will be returned and properly disposed of. You will be responsible for the costs that are associated with placing a new order.

 

Unclaimed

The shipments may be available for pickup at the customer's local post office or carrier pick-up location if they are unable to accept delivery of their order at the specified address. Unclaimed shipments might be sent back to the sender. In these situations, kindly place a new order and get in touch with us so that we can report the issue and plan for the product price to be refunded for the new order (you will still be responsible for the shipping costs).
